Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (COMFREL) in
collaboration with Khmer Institute for Democracy (KID) and Pact Cambodia
(PACT) has the honor to invite national and international media to make news
coverage over the Workshop on “Assessment of Decentralized Commune
