Now, Cambodia is Pchum Ben Season, all the peoples in the country visits pagodas during 15-day festival to offer foods to the month and pray to relatives who have dead.
The darkly cloud, Pchum Ben Season is the raining season, some roads is fully water when the rain had been comes.
My house is one of Flood Victim Families in ToulSangke village, Toulsangkeo Commune, Russey Keo district, Phnom Penh, the local authorities did not concern over this area.
