Human Right's day

After the frequently Civil war, Dark shadow regime 75-79 and political conflict along times, Cambodia has more stable situation but really it was ensured by sure net democracy practices gathering all of Human Right and Legal. Legal Foundation is justice, fairly for all the people living in the country. Since agreement on 1991 at Paris it approved to practice some important international human right treaty.

In 1993, UNTAC was prepared first national election for Cambodia; the new government was created by National Election, is multi parties. And up to now is the third mandate Cambodia government and numerous of laws such as children's right, law on the prevention of domestic violence and the protection of the victims and more and more,............etc. Most of it were adopted by Cambodia National Assembly.

By adopted much law, the royal government of Cambodia wants to demonstrate its commitment to practicing of law, good governance, and economic government for reducing poverty….etc.

..............On December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights the full text of which appears in the following pages. As seeing that in 10th December is Human Right's day is the Human Right Celebrating in the world. Cambodia is Member of United Nation.
